Beverages and Beverage Service

The Beverage and Beverage Service Course is short and straight to the point knowledge that will help you perform well when it comes to taking a drink order, suggesting a drink to a guest, or communicating with the guests and the bartender.

In order to become a top server, you need to be quick and efficient in your interactions with the guests and the barkeepers concerning alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. This course will provide you with the basics and ensure that you are knowledgeable enough to hit the floor running.

You will be expected to continue to learn and dig deeper into your beverage menu, including the wine list and hot beverages card, once you step on the restaurant floor.

Underestimating the importance of the beverage knowledge will undermine your strive to become a great waiter or waitress, taint your performance and slow your growth!
