How to Participate:
  1. Sign Up: Enter your valid email address to receive the registration link.
  2. Registration: Click on the link in the email to access the registration page. Enter the required information and submit.
  3. Confirmation: You are now officially registered as a contestant.
  4. Receive Guidelines: Await an email containing competition rules and advice on how to approach the contest.
  5. Introduce Yourself: Create and post a video introducing yourself and your restaurant on The Waiter’s Academy Facebook page. Ensure high-quality lighting and audio.
  6. Monthly Assignments: Receive monthly assignments over the next nine months. Execute tasks and post videos on the Facebook page.
  7. Engage Audience: Interact with comments, likes, and shares on your video to maximize exposure. Performance will be judged based on the number of likes, comments, and shares, with shares receiving 3 points, comments 2 points, and likes 1 point.
  8. Judging: Judges will assess contestants solely on their performance.
  9. Finalists Selection: The top ten contestants with the highest scores from judges and social media activities will advance to the final event in June 2025 in Kitzbuehel, Austria.
  10. Final Event: Finalists will be flown to Kitzbuehel for a two-day final, performing tasks in front of the camera, jury, and public.
  11. Categories: Review the categories judged by the jury [insert link].
  12. Prize Distribution: Winners, including second and third place, will be announced and awarded prizes on the final day.
  13. Recognition: Non-winning finalists will receive $1000 each and a Certificate of Participation.
  14. Future Contest: Preparation for the 2026 contest will commence.
